1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all services booked and paid for through
careerloom.co.uk, including Career Consultations and Regular Mentoring Sessions.
By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Nature of Our Services

Careerloom provides time-based, personalised mentoring and consultation services.
Each session involves preparation, professional expertise, and dedicated time reserved specifically for you.
Because of this, refunds are handled carefully and fairly.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • You cancel your session at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Careerloom is unable to deliver the session due to unforeseen circumstances and no alternative date is agreed.
  • A technical issue on our side prevents the session from taking place and rescheduling is not possible.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session time.
  • Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice.
  • Sessions that have already taken place, in full or in part.
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations where the service has been delivered as described.
  • Delays or issues caused by the client’s internet connection or availability.

5. Rescheduling Sessions

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule:

  • Requests made at least 48 hours before the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
  • Requests made within 48 hours are subject to availability and may not be accepted.

Rescheduling is encouraged where possible instead of requesting a refund.

6. Group or Multi-Person Sessions

For Career Consultations that include more than one participant:

  • Refund eligibility is based on the original booking and time reserved.
  • Changes in the number of attendees do not qualify for partial refunds.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Careerloom understands that exceptional situations can occur.
In rare cases, refunds or credits may be considered at our discretion,
particularly in cases of genuine emergencies or unforeseen events.
